The nose is fresh, mineral and evolves towards vegetal and floral notes, and elderflower fragrances blended with spicy touches (cinnamon). The palate is energetic, and dominated by very fresh citrus notes. It becomes then more ample, round ans silky, and develops white peach flavors, brioche and citrus peel.
