Pouillon and Fils Les Terres Froides Extra Brut Premier Cru 2019

The richness and power on the mid-palate that this wine offers would almost make us forget the grape variety and remind us that we're on a Pinot Noir terroir. The dosage is extremely low (0.5 g/liter) but the balance is noteworthy. Very ripe aromas, vinosity and volume on the palate that leave no one indifferent.
